Program Funding and Contracts

Under funding from the Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families and Minnesota Statute 16B.98, Subdivision 5(d), Families First of Minnesota, as an Early Learning Scholarships Area Administrator, provides local outreach, support, and awarding of State Early Learning Scholarships for children with the highest need in order to increase access to high-quality early childhood programs in the Administrative Areas of 7E, 9, 10, and Metro West.
