Seeds of Carma is here for families in our community – offering support, resources, and a welcoming space for every stage of early childhood. Founded on the belief that no family should have to navigate early childhood alone, the space offers gently used baby and toddler clothing, baby gear, household and hygiene essentials, all at no cost.
The name Seeds of Carma is inspired by former Crisis Nursery team member Carma, whose advocacy helped establish the Crisis Nursery program in Olmsted County. The name celebrates the lasting impact that generosity can have on children and families.

Seeds of Carma represents the quiet, powerful truth that what we nurture today shapes what grows tomorrow. A seed is small, often unnoticed, yet it carries within it the potential for resilience, beauty, and renewal. Together, the name reflects both legacy and possibility: the idea that every act of care plants something meaningful, and that from even the smallest beginnings, healing and hope can take root and flourish.
