In celebration of International Women’s Day on March 8, we want to salute all women caring for young children.

This year’s theme is “think equal, build smart, innovate for change.” A focus of our Child Care Consultation Program is inclusion for all and celebrating diversity. Our program participants learn how to empower children by providing the tools necessary to create strong self-identities that promote healthy self-esteem.

Participants receive children’s literature highlighting strong female leads with many unique strengths. These easy-to-understand stories help normalize gender equality for even the youngest learners. InternationalWomensDay.com said it best, “better the balance, better the world.” #balanceforbetter
